摘    要:【目的】了解早期教育对婴幼儿智能发育的影响,为早期开发婴幼儿智能发育提供参考依据。【方法】用婴幼儿帮能发育测验法对253名参加早期教育的儿童进行智能发育测查并进行分析。【结果】参加早期教育儿童高发育商比例明艟高于理论数值的百分比;高龄分娩、非正常出生体重、窒息这些有高危因素的小儿由于及早的干预,智能发育并未受到明显影响;母亲多次妊娠及父母受过高等教育其小儿智能发育指数(mental development index,MDI)明显偏高,差异均有显著性(P〈0.05);早产儿在心理运动发育指数上(psychomotor developmental index,PDI)明显低于足月儿,差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。【结论】早期教育对婴幼儿的智能发育会起到积极的作用。

Abstract:Objective] To understand and study the factors affected on mental development for children with early education. Method] With measuring the mental development for children, the mental growth situation of 253 children with early education were analyzed and investigated. Results] The children treated by early education had higher percentage of developmental quotient than theoretical value; Since it was intervened in time, the main risk factors such as elderly delivery unnormal birth weight and asphyxia experience were not affected obviously for their mental development; the multiple prognacy parents, high education level were attected factors in which children had higher mental development index (MOI), The psychomotor developmental index (PDI) of the premature was clearly lower than that of the mature ones. Conclusion] The effect of early education is important to the children's mental growth and will take a positive role on it.
