| 摘 要： | 复杂的股骨髁间-髁上骨折是高能量暴力直接作用所致，往往合并关节内众多结构的损伤，治疗十分困难。一般的内固定方法难以达到稳定固定和早期功能锻炼的目的。我院从1998年3月-2002年11月，运用动力髁螺钉(dynamic condyle screw，DCS)加有限的克氏针、松质骨螺钉治疗复杂股骨髁间-髁上骨折39例，取得满意的临床效果。
