辛夷超临界CO2提取物的GC/MS分析

摘    要:目的:采用GC/MS技术对辛夷的超临界CO2(SFE)及常规水蒸气蒸馏提取物进行分析。主要结果:两种提取工艺所得提取物的组分不尽相同,而SFE法较常规水蒸气蒸馏法所需提取时间少1倍,提取率则高2-3倍。结论:超临界CO2提取法可以取代水蒸气蒸馏法用于工业生产。

Abstract:Objective:The extracts of Magnolia biondii Pamp. with supercritical - C02 fluid extraction (SFE) and steam distillation were analyzed by GC/MS. Results; The constituents of the extracts from the two different methods were not exactly the same. The SFE method needed only half of the time as the steam distillation method did, while the extract efficiency of SFE method was 2 to 3 times higher than the other one. Conclusion; The SFE method can be used to replace the steam distillation in the extraction of the oil of Magnolia biondii Pamp.
