带状疱疹后遗神经痛的综合治疗

目的观察神经阻滞及皮损区局部浸润联合药物综合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法选择急性带状疱疹愈合后，疼痛时间持续超过3个月的患者57例，皮损部位分别在头面部、胸背部、上下肢及骶部。采用神经阻滞、皮损区局部浸润联合药物治疗，以视觉模拟评分（VAS）和睡眠质量评分（QS）综合评定治疗效果。结果治疗后第1～4周VAS评分及QS评分较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．01）。显效率87．7％（50／57例），总有效率100％（57／57例）。结论以神经阻滞和皮损区局部浸润联合药物治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛，能迅速缓解疼痛，改善睡眠质量且副作用少，是目前较为理想的方法。

Combination of nerve block, local infiltration and drug therapy for treatment of postherpetic neuralgia

Objective To investigate the curative effect of combination of nerve block, local infiltration and drug therapy on the postherpetie neuralgia. Methods Fifty-seven patients with postherpetic neuralgia in the head,thorax, limbs or pars sacralis were. treated with nerve block, local infiltration at the skin destruction area and drug therapy. The curative effect was assessed with visual analogue seale（VAS） and sleep quality seore（QS）. Results After 1 -4 weeks, the VAS and QS were decreased significantly compared with those of pre-therapy（P＇Q0. 01） and cure rate and total effective rate were 87.7 M （50/57 cases） and 100 ~ （57/57 cases） respectively. Conclusion The com- prehensive therapy of nerve block, local infiltration and drug therapy are effective for postherpetic neuralgia, sleep quality is improved and side effects is few.
