| 摘 要： | 目的:观察肝乐冲剂治疗慢性病毒性肝炎肝郁脾虚型的疗效。方法:选取慢性病毒性肝炎患者中医辨证为肝郁脾虚型121例,治疗组(61例)给予肝乐冲剂口服治疗,对照组(60例)给予小柴胡片,分别观察症状、体征、肝功能等改善情况。结果:治疗组症状和体征均有改善,肝功能指标治疗前后亦有不同程度改善,尤其是对食欲减退、乏力及ALT、AST的改善作用优于对照组,有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肝乐冲剂对慢性病毒性肝炎肝郁脾虚型有明显治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effects of Ganle Granule in treating chronic virus hepatitis of the liver-qi stagnation and the spleen deficiency type.Methods:121 patients were divided into the treatment group(n=61) and control group(n=60).The former were given Qanle Granule while the latter Xiao Chaihu Tablets,then the improvement of the symptoms,signs and the liver function were respectively observed.Results:In the treatment group,both the symptoms and signs were obviously improved,and the functional index of the liver in different degrees was improved after the treatment.And the improvement of reduced appetite,strength lack,ALT and AST were superior to those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ganle Granule has apparent curative effects on chronic virus hepatitis of the liver-qi stagnation and the spleen deficiency type. |
