摘    要:围绕高原部队任职需要,近年来我们在高原医学专业课现场教学中引入了参与式教学法,从教学设计、教学内容、教学方法、实验实习、考核考试等教学环节鼓励学习者积极参与教学过程,应用灵活多样的教学手段,使学习者在参与过程中学会了学习和应用,发挥了积极作用,激发了学习者学习的兴趣、提高了其创新能力,促进了人才培养,保证了教学质量。

Abstract:To meet the need for taking military positions in high altitude, we have introduced participation-based method in the on- the-spot teaching of high altitude military medicine specialty in recent years: We encourage students to participate actively in the teaching process, such as teaching design, contents and methods, laboratory practice, and assessment or test. Besides, flexible and diversified teaching methods are also used. During the process of participation the students can learn how to learn and use. The method also plays a positive role in stimulating their interest in learning, improving their innovative ability and promoting personnel training, which guarantees the quality of teaching.
