| 摘 要： | 目的:研究强力天麻杜仲胶囊对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的保护作用。方法:采用线栓法制备大脑中动脉局灶性脑缺血模型,观测对比脑缺血大鼠给药组和模型组的各项指标。结果:强力天麻杜仲胶囊能抑制脑缺血大鼠血液流变性升高,减少脑缺血时的脑含水量,对线栓所致的血小板聚集有明显的抑制作用,与缺血模型组相比均有显著性差异。结论:强力天麻杜仲胶囊对大鼠局灶性脑缺血有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the protective effect of Qiangli Tianma Duzhong capsule on the focal cerebral ischemia.Methods:the cerebral artery focal ischemia model of rat was made by thread method to observe the indicators of experimental group and model group.Results:Qiangli Tianma Duzhong capsule can reduce blood rheology of cerebral ischemia in rats,decreased the content brain water on cerebral ischemia model and inhibited the platelet aggregation significantly.There was a significant difference compare with isch... |
