Beckman Coulter LH 750血液分析仪嗜酸性粒细胞计数性能评价

目的评价Beckman Coulter LH750型全自动血液分析仪嗜酸性粒细胞测定的临床应用价值。方法用LH 750型全自动血液分析仪、嗜酸性粒细胞直接计数法、白细胞分类计数法进行检测对比。精密度测定：分别用仪器法和目测法对3份不同嗜酸性粒细胞水平的样本进行计数,计算平均CV值进行比较。结果 195例对比实验结果表明,LH 750型全自动血液分析仪利用电阻抗、高频传导、激光散射（VCS原理）联合检测法对嗜酸性粒细胞的分析具有较好的准确性。仪器法与目测法对3份嗜酸性粒细胞不同水平的标本重复计数的批内平均CV值分别为3.88%和5.94%,显示出仪器法的精密度明显高于目测法。结论应用LH 750型全自动血液分析仪检测嗜酸性粒细胞有较高的准确性和精密度及较快的速度,与人工法比较差异不大,具有良好的相关性,可满足临床诊断、治疗及疗效观察的需要。

The evaluation of count of eosinophil detected by Beckman Coulter LH750

Objective To study the clinical value of the count of eosinophil detected by Beckman Coulter LH750.Method The counts of eosinophil detected by Beckman Coulter LH750,directly count and white blood cells differentiating were compared.CV% of the count of eosinophil the three blood samples detected by hard and Beckman Coulter LH 750 were compared.Results There was a good accuracy of the count of eosinophil detected by Beckman Coulter LH 750.The principle of count of eosinophil detected by Beckman Coulter LH750 is（VCS）.The CV% of the count of eosinophil the three blood samples detected by Beckman Coulter LH 750 and hand is 3.88% and 5.94%.The precision of Beckman Coulter LH 750 is better than by hand.Conclusion There is a good accuracy,precision,consistency and higher speed of Beckman Coulter LH750 compared by hand.Beckman Coulter LH 750 can meet clinical requirement.
