| 摘 要： | 目的:测定肺宁微丸中主要有效成分绿原酸的含量,并制定肺宁微丸质量标准。方法:用HPLC法测定肺宁微丸含量。色谱条件:Krom asil-C18色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(15∶85)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/m in,检测波长为327nm。结果:绿原酸浓度在1.09213.10μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,线性方程为A=116386C-14031,r=0.9999;加样回收率为98.5 8%,RSD=1.37%。结论:用HPLC法测定绿原酸的含量可以有效控制肺宁微丸质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Feining Pellets by HPLC and develop the quality specification of Feining Pellets.Methods: The contents of chlorogenic acid in Feining Pellets was determined by HPLC.Kromasil-C_18 column was used in HPLC with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid(15∶85),flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength of 327 nm.Results: The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 1.092～13.10μg/mL(r=0.9999);the recovery was 98.58%and RSD was 1.37%.Conclusion: The method can be used in the quality control of Feining Pellets. |
