| 摘 要： | 医用设备已成为医院参与市场竞争,创造良好社会效益和经济效益的重要手段,医用设备的管理已成为医院管理的一个重要内容。医用设备的管理同样需要借鉴、吸收先进的、科学的管理理论,阐述了我院应用PDCA管理医用设备的过程及取得的成效。

| Abstract: | Medical equipment has become the vital mean for hospitals to gain market share and create sound social and economic benefit. The management of medical equipment has been one of the significant aspects of hospital management. Such management need require drawing lesson from and absorbing advanced and scientific management theory. For the above reasons, we state the achievement that we have obtained and the process of applying PDCA management of medical equipments in this essay. |
