| 摘 要： | 目的探讨膀胱镜在急性闭合性尿道损伤中的治疗价值。方法对骑跨伤致尿道球部损伤患者8例和骨盆骨折致后尿道损伤12例，在电视膀胱镜下行尿道会师术。结果球部损伤患者7例会师成功。1例失败；后尿道损伤患者6例会师成功，6例失败。结论采用膀胱镜下尿道会师术治疗尿道球部损伤安全性高，创伤小，恢复快，应成为首选方法；治疗后尿道损伤应谨慎选择，根据伤情试行腔内手术。

| Abstract: | Obeiective] To explore the value of cystoscopic in treating urethral injuries. Methods] 8 cases of patients with anterior urethral injuries and 12 cases of patients with postorior urethral injuries, all had an operation of urethral realignment after the catheter was placed with cystoscopic. Results] Among the 8 cases of patients with bubourethral injuries, 7cases succeeded after operation, and 1 case failed. Among the 12 cases of patients with posterior urethral injuries, 6 cases succeeded after operation and 6 cases failed. Conclusions] Urethral realignment with cystoscopic is a safe and effective way to treat anterior urethral injuries. According to the state of illness, you may try it in treating posterior urethral injuries. |
