幽门螺杆菌和溃疡性结肠炎的关系

自1983年Warren和Marshall从慢性胃炎患者胃黏膜中分离出幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H pylori)以来,人类对胃肠道疾病的认识有了革命性的变革.溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)作为炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel diseases,IBD)的一大类型,近年来在国内外发病率有逐渐上升且向年轻化发展的趋势.欧洲20个调查中心显示:UC的年发病率为11.2/100000,该病可发生于任何年龄的患者,与结肠癌的发病有关,且病程长,病变程度轻重各异.国内外同行对H pylori和UC分别做过大量的研究,对于H pylori和UC的关系论述不多,我们就有关H pylori和UC关系的研究现状和进展作一综述.

Relationship between Helicobacter pylori and ulcerative colitis

Since Warren and Marshall first separated Helicobacter pylori from gastric mucus in patients with chronic gastritis in 1983,our understanding of gastrointestinal tract diseases has risen greatly.The incidence of one of the inflammatory bowel diseases,ulcerative colitis(UC),has gradually risen worldwide, particularly among young people.Twenty research centers in Europe have shown that the annual incidence of UC is 11.2/100000,that it can occur in every age group,may be related to colon cancer,and has a long disease course and different degrees of severity.There has been a lot of research on UC and H pylori but little has been done on the relationship between the two.This paper summarizes the current state of related research and development.
