| Abstract: | Esophageal reconstruction with colon was performed on 268 cases. The results showed that no ischemia or necrosis colon segment was found in the patients. The measures for preventing colon from necrosis or ischemia included retaining the blood supply,having no tense in the mesocolon,raching 4-finger width of the passage,maintaining the stable blood pressure,and producing a single-row suturing esophagogastrostomy during operation. |
