羊踯躅降压成分的研究

从羊踯躅的花中提取分离的4个单体,Rdl是其中之一。给小白鼠静脉注射Rdl的LD_(50)为4742μg/kg。给猫静脉分别注射Rdl 100,300和500μg/kg,平均血压分别下降10.9％(P<0.01)、23.8％和39.3％,其中500μg/kg,降压维持时间(±SD)71.3±15.5min。兔静脉注射5～100μg/kg,血压下降3.2～29.9％,作用维持26.6～101.7min。大白鼠静脉注射100～700μg/kg,血压下降16.2～51.7％,作用维持11.7～100min。RdI的降压作用可能是非中枢性的,与交感神经系统无关,与胆碱能神经系统有关。

STUDY ON HYPOTENSIVE CONSTITUENT OF RHODODENDRON MOLLE ( BI. ) G.DON

Four constitunets were isolated from the flower of Rhododendron molle ( BI. ) G. Don. One of these was named Rdl. The acute LD50 of Rdl in mice ( iv ) was found to be 4742 ug/kg. The hypotensive effect of Rdl was studied in various anesthesized animals. In cats, the dosage of 100, 300 and 500 Hg/kg of the Rdl ( iv ) reduced the blood pressure by 10:9% ( P<0.01 ) , 23.8% and 39.3% respectively. The dosage of 500 Hg/kg maintained its hypotensive effect for 71.3+15.5 ( X + SD ) min0 In rabbits, the blood pressure was reduced 3.2-29.9% by intravenous injection of the Rdl 5 -100Hg /kg. The effect persisted 26.6-101.7 min. When Rdl 100-700 Hg/kg was iv to the rats, the blood pressure was reduced by 16.2-51.7%, which lasted 11.7-100min . The mechanism of the hypotensive effect of Rdl was believed to be related to the cholinergic nerve system.
