| 摘 要： | 目的:观察药氧针疗法对动脉硬化性脑梗塞患者血液流变学影响。方法:将符合诊断标准的患者随机分为药氧针组(A),氧针组(B)和针刺组(C)分别予以治疗。结果:A、B、C 3组病人治疗前后红细胞压积数值变化有显著性差异(P<0.05);全血还原黏度、红细胞聚集指数在A组治疗前后有显著性差异,B、C两组治疗前后无明显差异。结论:通过以药氧针疗法为主治疗动脉硬化性脑梗塞可以有效改善患者的血液流变学异常指标,具有临床推广价值。

| Abstract: | Objective ：The clinical study on treatment of atheroscherosis brain infarction by acupuncture herbs-oxygen. Methods ： One hundred and thirty-three cases of atheroscherosis brain infarction were randomly divided into three groups ： acupuncture herbs-oxygen group, oxygen acupuncture group and acupuncture group. Results ： The value of Ht in all of three groups had signifi- cant difference between before and after treatment;Value of AI,-qb -1/Ht. And fibrinogen in group A had a significant difference between before and after treatment, but in group B and C there was no difference. Conclusion：Treating atheroseherosis brain infarc- tion mainly by acupuncture herbs-oxygen can effectively improve hemorheology, reduce even preclude the risk factor of atherosche- rosis brain infarction. So it has great value of spreading and application. |
