曲安奈德联合斯奇康治疗口腔扁平苔藓疗效分析

目的：探讨口曲安奈德联合斯奇康治疗口腔扁平苔藓（ OLP）的临床疗效。方法将112例OLP患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，各56例，对照组给予曲安奈德液加利多卡因局部注射治疗，而治疗组在对照组的基础上加用斯奇康；比较两组的总有效率、复发率、生活质量评分、不良反应等指标。结果治疗6个月后，治疗组的总有效率为85．7％，明显高于对照组的66．1％（P＜0．05）；治疗组的复发率为14．3％，低于对照组的37．5％（P＜0．01）；治疗组的情感得分、一般感情指数、健康指数、生活满意度评分均明显高于对照组（P＜0．01）。对照组有4例局部注射处出现皮肤轻度萎缩、发红，而治疗组没有明显的毒副作用发生。结论曲安奈德联合斯奇康治疗OLP患者，可提高治疗的总有效率，降低复发率，改善生活质量。

Curative effect analysis of triamcinolone acetonide combined with BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection on oral lichen planus

Objective To explore curative effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with BCG polysaccharide and nu-cleic acid injection （BCG-PSN） on oral lichen planus （OLP） patients.Methods One hundred and twelve cases of OLP pa-tients were randomly divided into a control group （n=56） and a treatment group （n=56）.The control group was given local in-jection therapy with triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine , and the treatment group was added BCG-PSN besides those for the control group.Total effective rate, relapse rate, life quality score and adverse effect indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months′treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 85.7%, much higher than that in the control group （66.1%, P〈0.05）.The relapse rate in the treatment group was 14.3%, much lower than that in the control group （37.5%, P〈0.01）.Sentiment score, general emotion index score, health index score and life satisfaction score in the treatment group were much higher than those in the control group （P〈0.01）.There were mild atrophy or redness on the injection site of the skin of 4 patients in the control group, but no one was discovered toxin adverse effect in the treatment group.Conclu-sion Treating oral lichen planus patients with triamcinolone acetonide combined with BCG polysaccharide and BCG-PSN might increase total effective rate, cut down relapse rate, and improve life quality.
