16层螺旋CT尿路成像在泌尿系统疾病的诊断价值

目的：探讨16层螺旋cT尿路成像（MSCTU）在泌尿系统疾病中的诊断价值。材料与方法：泌尿系疾病患者52例，均行x线静脉尿路造影检查（IVU）、高场强磁共振泌尿系水成像技术（MRU）、MSCTU，所得数据经EBW独立工作站进行三维重建技术处理，回顾性分析其尿路影像特点。结果：52例患者经多层螺旋CT扫描加三维后处理技术后，图像清晰，可以清楚地显示病变位置、范围及与周围组织间的关系。IVP、MRU、MSCTU诊断准确率分别为67．3％、88．5％、100％，比较均有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论：MSCTU扫描速度快，覆盖范围广，图像清晰，多角度三维显示等特点，对泌尿系统疾病诊断具有重要意义。

Diagnostic Value of 16-slice spiral CT Urography in Urinary tract Diseases

Purpose： To explore the diagnostic value of three-dimensional reconstruction technique by MSCTU in uri- nary system disease. Materials and Methods： 52 urinary disease patients underwent IVU , MRU and MSCTU scan, and the original data were transmitted to version 2. 1. 1 stand-alone workstation. Using the three-dimensional reconstruction techniques to carry out post processing and retrospectively analyzed the imaging features. Results： After MSCTU scan and three-dimensional post-processing, 52 patients got distinct images delineating the exact location, size, range of lesions and the relationship between the lesions and their surrounding tissue. The diagnostic accuracy of IVU , MRU and MSCTU were 67. 3%, 88. 5% and 100%, it has significant difference between two methods （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Multi-slice spiral CTU is very important in the diagnosis of urologic diseases with its advantages of fast scanning speed, broad covering, clear picture, and three-dimensional display.
