摘    要:目的:探讨16层螺旋cT尿路成像(MSCTU)在泌尿系统疾病中的诊断价值。材料与方法:泌尿系疾病患者52例,均行x线静脉尿路造影检查(IVU)、高场强磁共振泌尿系水成像技术(MRU)、MSCTU,所得数据经EBW独立工作站进行三维重建技术处理,回顾性分析其尿路影像特点。结果:52例患者经多层螺旋CT扫描加三维后处理技术后,图像清晰,可以清楚地显示病变位置、范围及与周围组织间的关系。IVP、MRU、MSCTU诊断准确率分别为67.3%、88.5%、100%,比较均有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论:MSCTU扫描速度快,覆盖范围广,图像清晰,多角度三维显示等特点,对泌尿系统疾病诊断具有重要意义。

Abstract:Purpose: To explore the diagnostic value of three-dimensional reconstruction technique by MSCTU in uri- nary system disease. Materials and Methods: 52 urinary disease patients underwent IVU , MRU and MSCTU scan, and the original data were transmitted to version 2. 1. 1 stand-alone workstation. Using the three-dimensional reconstruction techniques to carry out post processing and retrospectively analyzed the imaging features. Results: After MSCTU scan and three-dimensional post-processing, 52 patients got distinct images delineating the exact location, size, range of lesions and the relationship between the lesions and their surrounding tissue. The diagnostic accuracy of IVU , MRU and MSCTU were 67. 3%, 88. 5% and 100%, it has significant difference between two methods (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Multi-slice spiral CTU is very important in the diagnosis of urologic diseases with its advantages of fast scanning speed, broad covering, clear picture, and three-dimensional display.
