2011年安徽省城镇老年人住院情况分析

目的研究安徽省城镇老年人住院情况，为今后老年人医疗保健政策的制定提供参考。方法利用多阶段抽样的方法随机抽取安徽省12个县区的l882名60岁及以上老年人，并对老年人在2011年的住院病种、住院天数、住院费用等情况进行问卷调查，其中1641份问卷为有效调查问卷，有效率为87．19％。结果418名老年人在2011年住过院，住院率为25．59％，不同性别、年龄别间住院率的差别没有统计学意义（χ2=6．03，P=0．110）。在住院疾病谱中循环系统疾病、神经系统疾病、内分泌系统疾病是最主要的3个痛种，分别占全部住院疾病的44．88％，9．84％和8．40％。但是在所有性别和年龄别中，肿瘤病人的住院天数最长、所需的住院费用最多。平均住院天数方面，男性60～69岁组为30．42天．男性70～岁组为23．44天；女性60～69岁组为37．13天，女性70～岁组为39．25天。所需的住院费用方面，男性60～69岁组为31955．56元，男性70～岁组为20025．00元；女性60—69岁组为35375．00元，女性70-岁细为41750．00元。结论循环系统疾病、神经系统疾病、内分泌系统疾病都是老年人住院疾病谱中最常见的疾病，严重危害老年人的身体健康。而肿瘤因为住院时间长、住院费用高，是导致老年人负担最重的疾病。

Analysis of hospitalization among old people in urban area of Anhui province in 2011

Objective To identify the hospitalization among old people in urban area of Anhui province and to provide reference for health care policy making in old people. Methods A multistage sampling method was used to investigate 1 882 old people aged 60 and over in 12 districts/counties of Anhui province and data on hospitalization including inpatient diseases, inpa- tient days and hospital expenses were obtained by in-person interviews. The number of eligibility questionnaire is 1 641, and the eligibility rate for the survey was 87.19%. Results 418 old people were in hospital in 2011, and the hospitalization rate was 25.59%. The hospitalization rates were not statistically significant among different gender and age groups （χ2 = 6. 03, P = 0. 110）. The circulation system diseases, nervous system diseases and endocrine diseases were the three main inpatient diseases （44.88% , 9. g4% , g. 40% ;respectively）. But in all gender and age groups, the inpatient days of malignant tumors patients were the longest ,male＆60 - 69 years is 30.42 days, male＆70 - years is 23.44 days, female＆60-69 years is 37.13 days, female＆70 -years is 39.25 days, and the hospital expenses of malignant tumors patients were the most expensive, male＆60 -69 years is 31 955.56 Yuan, male＆70- years is 20 025.00 Yuan, female＆60 -69 years is 35 375.00 Yuan, female＆70 - years is 41 750.00 Yuan. Conclusion The circulation system diseases, nervous system diseases and endocrine diseases are the three most common inpatient diseases which seriously threaten the health of old people. But due to the longest inpatient days and the most expensive hospital expenses, malignant tumors lead to the most serious burden of disease among old people.
