| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胸部外伤病变cT检查的临床应用及临床价值。材料与方法：收集我院2010年1月至2013年5月95例经CT诊断的胸部外伤的相关临床资料，并对其进行总结和分析。结果：经CT扫描，显示CT比常规X线平片在胸部外伤的诊断中更具优势。结论：胸部外伤多为复合性损伤，运用CT诊断比x线平片诊断优势非常显著，大大减少了误诊和漏诊，为临床诊治提供了有效的依据。

| Abstract: | Purpose： To explore the clinical application of CT examination of chest trauma lesions and clinical value. Materials and Methods： Collected from January 2010 to May 2013,95 cases of CT in the diagnosis of chest trauma associat- ed with clinical data, and carries on the summary and analysis. Results： By CT scanning, compared to the conventional X - ray plain film showed CT in the diagnosis of chest trauma. Conclusion ： Chest trauma is compound injury, more use of CT in the diagnosis of than X - ray plain film in the diagnosis of significant advantages, greatly reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, provide the effective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
