摘    要:本文对应用接触电极引导心外膜MAP的一些可能途径进行了探讨和客观评价。实验结果表明,心外膜上直接引导MAP优于开胸后心包膜上间接引导MAP及经胸穿刺心包膜上间接引导MAP的途径,其记录稳定,结果可靠,可进行多项工作,有利于机制的阐明。

Abstract:There are three different methods with which the monophasic action potentials(MAP) is induced using the contact electrode: directly from the epicardium, indirectly from the fibrous pericardium after the chest is opened, and from the epicardium through thoracentesis. The investigation shows the direct method is the best of the three approaches. It is stable in recording, reliable in results and can be used for various purpose. including the interpretation of the mechanism.
