2004～2005年临朐县艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况分析

目的]了解接受艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）的人群现状，有针对性地制定健康教育干预计划。方法]对20042005年到临朐县卫生防疫站VCT门诊接待的1625名自愿咨询检测者资料进行分析。结果]咨询1625人，85．29％自愿接受抗-HIV检测，检出6例HIV感染者。求询者中，20～40岁占90．72％，男性占64．49％；62．58％因有高危性行为来咨询；求询的问题主要是HIV检测相关问题，艾滋病症状、传播途径及感染概率等。结论]青年人是艾滋病健康教育的重点人群，亟需为之提供咨询和检测服务。

Analysis of Voluntary Counseling and Testing of AIDS in Linqu County from 2004 to 2005

Objective] To know the current status of people who received the VCT,to constitute the health education and intervention project.Methods]Data of 1 625 people who had voluntary counseling and testing and treated by VCT clinic of the anti-epidemic station of linqu county from 2004 to 2005 were analyzed.Results]Total1 of 1 625 people received consultation,85.29% of them received HIV antibody test voluntarily and 6 people were infected with HIV.90.72% were young people aged between 20 and 40.64.49% were male;62.58% of the total consultants consulted for high risk sexual behavior.The most concern questions were about HIV test,symptoms of AIDS,route of transmission and infection probability and so on.Conclusion]The youth are the key population for health education on AIDS,it's urgent to provide consultation and detection services to them,VCT is an effective measure to prevent and control AIDS.
