胫骨平台骨折手术入路的选择

摘    要:目的:研究对于胫骨平台骨折患者行不同手术入路进行治疗,观察其临床治疗疗效及术后并发症发生情况。方法随机选取2013年1月~2016年1月入住胫骨平台骨折患者70例,根据其临床治疗方法的不同随机均分为研究组和对照组,35例对照组患者通过前外侧入路手术进行治疗,35例研究组患者通过双外侧入路手术治疗,对比两组患者术后膝关节功能恢复情况、术后疼痛情况、关节面塌陷情况以及术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者临床治疗有效率为88.57%,显著高于对照组患者71.43%的临床治疗有效率( P<0.05);研究组患者术后并发症发生率为5.71%,显著低于对照组患者术后14.29%的并发症发生率,组间比较差异显著具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论对于胫骨平台骨折患者选择双外侧手术如路进行手术治疗临床效果显著、术后并发症发生率较低,值得进行临床推广。

Selection of Operative Approach for Tibial Plateau Fracture
Abstract:Objective To study the different surgical approach for patients with the treatment of tibial plateau frac-ture , observe the clinical curative effect and complications after operation .Methods 70 patients were randomly selected from January 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital of tibial plateau fracture were divided according to different clinical treatment methods for the study group and the control group in 35 cases, patients in the control group by anterolateral sur-gical treatment , 35 cases of patients in the study group by double lateral approach of surgical treatment , the recovery of knee function were compared between two groups after operation , postoperative pain , joint surface subsidence and postop-erative complications .Results The effective rate of clinical treatment research group of patients was 88.57%, signifi-cantly higher than the control group of 71.43%patients with the clinical treatment efficiency (P<0.05);the incidence of complications in 5.71%patients of study group were significantly lower than the control group , patients in operation After 14.29% complication rate, the difference between the two groups with significant statistical significance ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusions For the tibial plateau fracture patients choose double lateral surgery such as road for surgical treat -ment of clinical effect is remarkable , and the postoperative complication rate is low , it is worth of clinical promotion .
