利奈唑胺治疗老年耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）肺炎的护理干预

目的：探讨护理干预对利奈唑胺治疗老年耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（ MRSA）肺炎的效果。方法选择2014年10月～2015年7月入住呼吸监护室的96例利奈唑胺治疗的老年MRSA肺炎患者进行的临床分析研究，均采用利奈唑胺静脉用药，随机分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（护理干预），对照组与常规组各48例，随机分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（护理干预），每组48例，对两组有效率、细菌清除率，退热时间，不良反应，咳嗽消失时间，患者满意度，平均住院时间进行观察和比较。结果与对照组相比，观察组有效率为93.8％，明显高于对照组的83.3％（ P＜0.05）；细菌清除率92.8％，明显高于对照组的73.1％（ P＜0.05）；满意度91.7％，明显高于对照组的81.2％（ P＜0.05）；退热时间，不良反应，咳嗽消失时间及平均住院时间均明显短于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论对于利奈唑胺治疗的老年MRSA肺炎患者，有效的护理干预能明显提高治疗的效果，改善患者的预后。

Linezolid Elderly Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) Pneumonia in Nursing Inter-vention

Objective Discussion of nursing intervention on the elderly linezolid treatment of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus ( MRSA) pneumonia.Methods Choose from October 2014 to July 2015 MRSA pneumonia in elderly patients admitted to our hospital 96 cases of respiratory care unit linezolid analysis conducted clinical studies, the use of linezolid therapy were randomly divided into control group ( usual care) and the observation group ( nursing inter-ventions) , 48 cases in each group, the two groups have efficient bacterial clearance rate, cooling time, adverse reac-tions, cough disappeared time, patient satisfaction, average length of stay were observed and compared.Results Com-pared with the control group, the observation group was 93.8%, significantly higher than the 83.3%(P<0.05);bac-terial clearance rate was 92.8%, significantly higher than the 73.1% ( P<0.05 ); satisfaction 91.7%, significantly higher than the 81.2%( P<0.05);cooling time, adverse reactions, cough disappeared time and average hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group ( P<0.05).Conclusions Linezolid therapy for patients with MRSA pneumonia in elderly, effective nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment results.
