宫颈癌术后并发下肢静脉血栓的临床护理

目的：分析总结宫颈癌术后并发下肢静脉血栓的临床护理方法和措施。方法选取2010年11月～2015年11月收治的接受宫颈癌术后并发下肢静脉血栓治疗的患者43例为实验研究对象，对患者的临床治疗进行分析，并给予全面、优质和具有针对性的护理服务，观察患者下肢静脉血栓的恢复情况。结果实验研究中共有患者43例，患者经过优质、全面的护理服务后均痊愈出院，且无其它并发症的发生。结论下肢静脉血栓是妇科恶性肿瘤患者较为常见的一种并发症，在对宫颈癌术后并发下肢静脉血栓的患者实施护理服务的过程中，优质、全面和具有针对性护理服务的运用可以提高临床护理的质量和有效性，避免并发症的发生，促进了患者的康复并提高患者的生活质量，是一种效果理想且显著的护理方法，值得临床推广和运用。

Clinical Nursing on Deep Vein Thrombosis after Cervical Cancer

Objective To analyze and summarize the methods of clinical nursing on deep vein thrombosis after cervi-cal cancer.Methods 43 patients with deep vein thrombosis after cervical cancer who treated in our hospital from Nover-mber 2010 to Novermber 2015 were selected as the research subjects, and conducted restrospective analysis on the clini-cal treatment.The patients were given comprehensive, high quality and targeted nursing, and observed the recovery of deep vein thrombosis.Results All the 43 patients were cured and discharged after high quality and comprehensive nursing without other complications.Conclusions Deep vein thrombosis is a common complication of gynecologic malig-nancies.During the nursing of patients with deep vein thrombosis after cervical cancer, the application of high quality, comprehensive and targeted nursing can improve the quality and effect of clinical nursing, avoid complications, and pro-mote the recovery of the patients and improve the life quality of the patients, it is an ideal and significant nursing, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
