精神分裂症患者标准化临床护理管理分析

目的：探究在精神分裂症患者的临床治疗中临床护理路径标准化管理中的应用情况。方法选取精神病科接受治疗的精神分裂症患者124例进行分组护理,对照组患者在治疗期间实施常规护理,观察组患者则结合临床护理路径进行标准化管理。结果观察组患者在出院后其NOSIE量表评分明显优于对照组,同时观察组患者的护理满意度和护理差错事件发生率均显著优于对照组,差异显著符合统计学评估标准（P＜0．05）。结论在精神分裂症患者的临床治疗中结合临床护理路径实施标准化管理能够显著改善患者的观察量表,同时提升护理满意度,降低护理不良事件发生率。

Analysis of Standardized Clinical Nursing Management in Patients with Schizophrenia

Objective To explore the application of standardized management of clinical nursing pathway in the clini -cal treatment of schizophrenia patients .Methods Select our hospital psychiatric accepted treatment of mental division patients 124 cases of grouping nursing , control group patients in treatment during the implementation of routine care , pa-tients in the observation group is a combination of clinical nursing path for the standardization of management .Results Observation group patients discharged from the hospital after the NOSIE table scores were significantly better than that of the control group , and observe the incidence of groups of patients with nursing satisfaction and error event rate was signif -icantly better than that of the control group , the difference was significant with statistical evaluation criteria (P<0.05). Conclusions In the spirit of the division in the clinical treatment of patients with clinical nursing pathway the imple -mentation of standardized management can significantly improve the patients of the observation volume table , and improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of nursing error events .
