| 摘 要： | 目的：观察局部麻醉药阿替卡因用于牙髓治疗的麻醉效果。方法：用含肾上腺素的阿替卡因粘膜下浸润麻醉，行拔髓术或开髓术。结果：1979个患牙麻醉优良率达96．26％，无不良反应。结论：阿替卡因用于浸润麻醉，麻醉效能高，起效快，毒性低，是治疗成人、儿童牙髓病理想的局部麻醉药物。

| Abstract: | AIM:To observe the local anesthetic effect of Articaine in the treatment of pulpitis. METHODS: We do extirpation of pulp or pulp opening under submucosal infiltration anesthesia with articaine containing adrenaline.RESULST: 1979 cases of pulpitis were collected. As to anesthetic effect, the ratio of excellence was 96.26%. There is no ill response. CONCLUSIONS: Articaine used as infiltration anesthesia, the anesthetic efficiency is high.The action of aticaine is rapid. The toxicity is low. Articaine is an ideal medicine in treatment of pulpitis of adults and children. |
