| 摘 要： | 我们于１９８５￣１９９７年应用检测ＥＢ病毒壳抗原的免疫球蛋白Ａ抗体（ＶＣＡ－ＩｇＡ）血清学方法。先后在１９８５、１９９１年和１９９７年３次共对贺州市３６１７３人进行鼻咽癌血清学筛查，检出抗体阳性１１４７人，阳性率３．１７％，检出鼻咽癌１３例，阳性人群鼻咽癌检出率１．１３％，其中早期１１例占８４．６％，３次筛查结果间接影响和促进贺州市人口 咽癌早诊率从１９８５年前的２０．０％提高到１９８６￣１９９７ |

| Abstract: | Between 1985 and 1997, there were three times serological general survey in 36173 persons for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) by detectecting VCA-IgA antibody to Epstein-Barr Virus in Hezhou city There were 1147 persons with positive VCA-IgA andtibody of EB Virus Positive rate was 317%13 cases NPC were found in the positive group NPC finding rate in the positive group was 113% There were 11 cases in early stage and the early diagnosis rate was 846% The results of the serological general survey indirectly affect and advance the NPC early diagnosis rate of the Hezhou city from 200% before 1985 year to 3241% of 1986-1997 These indicate that NPC serological early diagnosis can be applied in rank preventions for NPC in the other areas of the high incidence of NPC= |
