有关前导肽影响目标蛋白表达及活性的研究与展望

选择目前已报道的5种含有前导肽的目标蛋白(枯草杆菌蛋白酶、α-水解蛋白酶、米根霉脂肪酶、华根霉脂肪酶、米黑霉脂肪酶),对其表达情况与活性测定的结果进行对比,结果表明前导肽的存在对目标蛋白的正确表达具有重要意义。通过分析前导肽的变化对成熟蛋白活性的影响,提出前导肽进化对目标蛋白进化具有重要意义。

The research of the influence of the propeptides on the protein expression and activityIinfluence of leder peptide on protein expression and activity

It has been reported that the following proteins were existed with the propeptides by nature：subtilisin E,α-lytic protease,Rhizopus oryzae lipase,Rhizopus chinensis lipase,and Rhizomucor miehei lipase.This passage studied relation between these proteins expression and activity with or without the propeptides. It was illustrated that the propeptide was essential for the protein folding correctly,and the change of the propeptide also affected the mature protein activity.As a result,it was implied that the propeptide evolution promoted the whole protein evolution,which was full of creativity in the research field of molecular biology.
