复脉汤对心肌缺血后心律失常大鼠干预作用的实验研究

目的:观察复脉汤对结扎冠状动脉左前降支所致的心肌缺血后心律失常大鼠的干预作用。方法:将70只SD雄性大鼠随机分为模型组、假手术组、盐酸普罗帕酮组、炙甘草汤组、复脉汤高剂量组、复脉汤中剂量组和复脉汤低剂量组7组,每组10只。假手术组及模型组给予等体积生理盐水,其余各组给予相应的药物。灌胃14 d后,制作急性心肌梗死模型,术后记录Ⅱ导联体表心电图1 h,测定血清中肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)浓度。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组血清LDH、CK含量明显升高(P0.01);与模型组及盐酸普罗帕酮组比较,复脉汤高、中、低剂量组血清CK含量明显降低(P0.01,P0.05)(中、低剂量组减低更为明显),复脉汤中、低剂量组血清LDH含量明显降低(P0.01)。复脉汤高、中、低剂量组血清CK、LDH含量比较差异无统计学意义。结论:复脉汤对心肌缺血后心律失常大鼠有较好的保护作用,其效果优于盐酸普罗帕酮。

Study on effect of Fumai decoction on rats with acute myocardial ischemia

Objective：To investigate the effect and mechanism of Fumai decoction on rats with acute myocardial ischemia due to ligature of left anterior descending. Methods：70 SD male rats were randomly divided into model group,sham oper-ation group,propafenone hydrochloride group,Zhigancao decoction group,Fumai decoction high,middle and low dosage group （n=10）. Acute myocardial infarction models were induced by left anterior descending artery ligated after intragastric administration for fourteen days. Then the continuous electrocardiograph ofⅡleads had been recorded for one hour to ob-serve the arrhythmia occurrence time,compare the frequency and the time of conversion to normal sinus rhythm. The con-tents of CK and LDH in serum were detected. Result：Compared with sham operation group,contents of CK and LDH in serum were increased in model group（P〈0.01）. Compared with model group and propafenone hydrochloride group,content of CK in serum was decreased in Fumai decoction high,middle and low dosage group （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）,content of LDH was decreased significantly in Fumai decoction middle and low dosage group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Fumai decoction has protective effect on rats with acute myocardial infarction. Its effect is better than that of propafenone hydrochloride.
