远志50%醇提取物微乳制备工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:研究远志50%醇提取物微乳的制备工艺。方法:考察远志醇提物在不同表面活性剂、助表面活性剂和油相中的溶解度,通过伪三元相图的绘制、微乳粒径的测定和稳定性的考察,确定微乳最佳处方。结果:微乳最佳处方比例为聚山梨酯-80∶无水乙醇∶油酸乙酯∶蒸馏水∶远志50%醇提取物=27∶18∶5∶100∶2.8。结论:该工艺制备的远志50%醇提物微乳粒径小,稳定性好。

Preparation technology of microemulsion of extraction from Polygala tenuifolia Willd with 50% ethanol

Abstract:Objective:To study preparation technology of microemulsion of extraction from Polygala tenuifolia Willd with 50% ethanol. Methods:The equilibrium solubility of extraction from Polygala tenuifolia Willd with ethanol (EPTWE) in different compositions of suffaetant, cosuffactant and oil phase was observed. The microemulsion formulation was optimized based on obtained pseudo-ternary phase diagrams,particle size and the stability of microemulsion. Results :The optimal microemulsion formulation was composed of Tween-80,Ethyl alcohol,Ethyl Oleate,water and EPTWE. The ratio of them was 27:18:5: lO0:2.8.Conclusion :The acquired microemulsion with small particle size is table.
