| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨无水乙醇肾动脉栓塞治疗肾癌的价值。方法：对13例肾癌患者采用Seldinger技术用无水乙醇行肾动脉栓塞术。结果：13例肾癌均栓塞成功，无严重并发症，1、2、5年生存率分别为53．8％，23．1％和6．2％。结论：应用无水乙醇行肾动脉栓塞治疗肾癌，是一种安全、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the value of renal arterial embolization to treat renal carcinoma by using pure alcohol.Methods:Thirteen cases with renal carcinoma were treated with renal arterial embolization by using pure alcohol.Results:All embolizations were successful.There were no serious complications.The 1-,2- and 5-year survival rates in the group were 53.8%,23.1% and 6.2% respectively.Conclusion:Renal arterial embolization for renal carcinoma by using pure alcohol was safe and effective. |
