某烟厂职业病危害因素识别与关键控制点分析

摘    要:目的识别、分析某烟厂可能产生的职业病危害因素及关键控制点。方法采用经验法、类比分析法进行评价。结果该建设项目存在的职业病危害因素有噪声、粉尘、高温、化学毒物等,类比工程各种职业病危害因素的检测结果为:噪声强度为74.9~92.4dB(A),超标率47.5%;烟草尘浓度为0.2~1.7mg/m^3,超标率为0%;作业场所生产性热源的综合温度(WBGT指数)为30.8~36.5℃,均为高温作业点。CO2和乙醇浓度分别为953—2128mg/m^3和5.4~21.5mg/m^3,均低于职业接触限值。结论某烟厂职业病危害因素比较复杂,其中主要危害因素是噪声和粉尘,应从职业病危害发生的关键控制部位加强防治工作。

Identification on Occupational Risk Factors and Analysis of the Key Control Points in the Tobacco Plant

Abstract:Objective To identify and analyze occupational hazards and key control points in the tobacco plant. Methods The analogy and empirical methods were applied for identifying occupational hazards. Results The main occupational risk factors that existed in the tobacco plant were noise, dust, high temperature and chemical poisons. Monitoring results of analogy projects showed noise intensities were 74. 9 -92.4 dB(A) ,exceeding rate was 47. 5%. The concentrations of dust, carbon dioxide and alcohol were 0. 2 - 1.7,953 - 2 128,5.4 - 21.5 mg/m^3, respectively, which were below occupational exposure limits. Wet black globe thermo meter index (WBGT) of productive heat source ranged from 30. 8℃ to 36.5~C. Conclusion The occupational hazards are complex, the most important hazards are noise and dust, some measures should be strengthened to control them.
