| 摘 要： | 作者总结了４２例直径≤５ｃｍ肝细胞性肝癌的临床病理学特点。结果表明：术前ＡＦＰ水平、肿瘤包膜形成、肿瘤肉眼形态学、肿瘤细胞分级是影响术后复发与预后的主要因素。从而作者提出小肝癌的外科治疗原则，并对ＡＦＰ在肝癌发生及术后复发中的意义作了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | The clinical and pathological features of 42 cases of small hepatoma(<5 cm)have been investigated to show that the serum AFP level,tumor encapsulation,the gross appearance and histological grade were all important factors correlated to recurrence and prognosis. The principle of surgical resection for small hepatoma was suggested.The significance of postoperative serum AFP was also discussed. |
