超声引导下对弥漫性肝病肝组织取活检技术的临床应用价值

目的 总结超声引导下弥漫性肝病肝组织取活检术（肝穿）在临床中的应用价值。方法 对1172例患者术前检查出凝血时间，常规消毒，先定穿刺切面，在超声引导下进行肝穿活检，结果 1171例肝穿活检成功、1例失败，其中1169例一次穿刺成功。结论 超声引导下肝穿具有成功率高、取材满意率高、安全、快速、操作简便，并发症少而轻的特点。

Clinical Value of Ultrasound-guided Needle BIopsy of Diffuse Liver Diseases

Objective To conclude the clinical application value of ultrasound guided needle biopsy of diffuse liver disease.Methods One thousand one hundred and seventy two patients with diffuse liver disease were performed ultrasound guided needle biopsy after coagulation time test,normal sterilization and selection of puncture procedure section.Results Biopsy was successful on 1171 patients,of which 1169 were successfully performed at the first;only one,failed.Conclusions Ultrasound guided needle biopsy of liver tissues has priority such as high success ful rate,high satisfaction rate of simple and fast sampling,safety and fewer or mild complications.
