大黄糖肾胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效

目的　观察大黄糖肾胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病 (DN)的治疗作用。方法　早期糖尿病肾病患者 10 5例 ,随机分为大黄糖肾胶囊治疗组 (治疗组 )和常规治疗组 (对照组 ) ,疗程 12周。治疗前后观察 2 4h尿白蛋白排泄率 (UAE) ,血浆内皮素 (ET)及尿ET等指标。结果　大黄糖肾胶囊治疗 12周后 ,治疗组UAE、血浆ET及尿ET均有明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,而对照组无明显变化。相关性分析提示UAE的下降与尿、血浆ET降低呈正相关 (r =0 .68,P <0 .0 1和r =0 .71,P <0 .0 1)。结论　大黄糖肾胶囊对DN有保护作用 ,其机制可能与其对肾脏局部ET合成的抑制作用密切相关

Clinical effects of dahuangtangsheng capsule on early stage of diabetic nephropathy

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of dahuangtangsheng capsule on treating early stage of dia~ betic nephropathy(DN).Methods 105 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups,53 cases in the conventional treated group(control group) and 52 cases in the dahuangtangsheng capsule treated group,with the therapeutic course being 12 weeks.The change of UAE(24 hours),and the levels of ET in plasma and urinary before and after treatment were observed.Results UAE,the levels of ET in plasma and urinary were decreased significantly( P < 0.01 ) in dahuangtangsheng capsule groups,while no significant change was shown in control group.By correlation analysis, the decrement of UAE was positively correlated with the decrement of the levels of ET in urinary and plasma( r =0.68, P < 0.01 and r =0.71, P <0.01).Conclusion The dahuangtangsheng capsule has a protective effect on DN,the mechanism of its effect is probably correlated with its inhibition on synthesis of ET in kidney.
