| 摘 要： | 目的观察黄体酮、消炎痛单独及联合应用对结石合并急性肾绞痛的尿石症患者临床治疗效果。方法将200例临床尿石症患者随机分为4组,A组B组分别用黄体酮、消炎痛治疗,C组联合应用黄体酮、消炎痛治疗,D组采用一般其他治疗方式。结果四组对尿石症的治疗有效率分别为84%,86%,92%,52%。结论黄体酮与消炎痛联合应用对尿石症患者有较好的治疗效果。
