| 摘 要： | 目的:评价复方儿茶软膏的安全性;考察复方儿茶软膏对创伤愈合的作用。方法:对豚鼠进行皮肤急性毒性试验、刺激性和过敏性试验;建立大鼠背部全层皮肤切除模型及复方儿茶软膏高、中、低3个剂量组与阴性对照、阳性对照组,进行形态学和组织学观察、创面愈合率的比较,并对作用机制进行研究。结果:复方儿茶软膏对豚鼠无明显急性毒性反应、无刺激性、不产生局部及全身过敏反应;该软膏能促进创面愈合,高剂量组和中剂量组与阴性对照相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05);该软膏能显著的增加创面羟脯氨酸的含量及促进胶原的合成。结论:复方儿茶软膏有望成为安全有效的促进创面愈合的药物,值得进一步研究。
