| 摘 要： | 目的:建立人血浆中布洛芬浓度的测定方法,测定布洛芬在人血浆中的蛋白结合率,并计算相关参数。方法:用平衡透析法以高效液相色谱法为检测手段测定血浆蛋白结合率。结果:布洛芬与人标准血浆的蛋白结合率为(95.4±0.3)%。结论:布洛芬与人血浆蛋白为高强度结合。
