25例早产儿十二指肠喂养的护理体会

目的探讨早产儿使用十二指肠喂养技术进行肠内营养支持的护理体会。方法对25例早产极低出生体重儿采用十二指肠喂养技术进行早期肠内营养支持,并做好喂养过程中的各项护理工作。结果 25例早产儿中,1例因肺出血死亡。24例克服了胃潴留、胃食管反流等情况,预防了与喂养有关的并发症,较快的达到理想的生长指标,缩短了住院时间,降低了院内感染机会,提高了患儿的生存质量。结论十二指肠喂养过程中的细致护理是早产儿经十二指肠喂养进行早期肠内营养的保证。

Nursing Experience of 25 Premature Infants through Duodenal Feeding

Objective To study the nursing of premature infants through duodenal feeding technology to carry out enteral nutritional support.Methods The 25 very low birth weight premature infants from the department of pediatrics were selected and managed by duodenal feeding to carry out the early enteral nutrition support.And the better nursing care in the process of feeding was performed.Results In all 25 cases,24 cases overcame the gastric retention or gastroesophageal reflux and achieved ideal growth index rapidly;the complication with feeding was prevented,the length of stay was shorten and the hospital onset of infection was cut down.One case died of pulmonary hemorrhage.Conclusion The elaborate nursing is the guarantee to premature infants through duodenal feeding technology to carry out enteral nutritional support.
