| 摘 要： | 探讨前臂游离皮瓣在口腔鳞状细胞癌术后缺损中的应用。对20例应用前臂游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面部各类缺损的病例进行临床分析,其中前臂游离皮瓣存活19例,失败1例,成功率19/20(95%)。修复外观和功能均满意。前臂游离皮瓣是修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损的理想皮瓣。

| Abstract: | To explore the application of forearm free flap in defect caused by resection of oral squamous cell carcinoma.The clinical records of 20 cases receiving oral and maxillofacial reconstruction with forearm free flap were analyzed.Forearm free flap healed well in 19 out of 20 cases,with the overall success rate of 95%,which was satisfying in respects of shape and function.Forearm free flap is an ideal flap to repair soft tissue defects of the oral and maxillofacial region. |
