| 摘 要： | 60例择期行上肢手术的患儿,随机均分为两组:Ⅰ组(神经刺激仪引导臂丛神经阻滞复合静脉麻醉组)和Ⅱ组(气管插管全凭静脉麻醉组)。记录两组患儿术前、手术切皮时、手术开始后30 min各时点心率、平均动脉压,以及两组患儿术中丙泊酚、芬太尼用量、停药后苏醒时间及苏醒期躁动评分。神经刺激仪引导臂丛神经阻滞复合静脉麻醉应用于小儿上肢手术安全有效,且可以提高患儿的麻醉质量和术后苏醒质量。

| Abstract: | ixty children undergoing the upper extremity surgery were randomly divided into two groups:groupⅠ(interscalene brachial plexus block guided by nerve stimulator conbined with intravenous anesthesia group) and group Ⅱ(total intravenous anesthesia under tracheal intubation group).MAP and HR were recorded at the time of T 1(basic level),T 2(skin incision) and T 3(30 min after operation).The dosage of propofol and fentanyl,the time and the quality of awake were recorded.The study shows that interscalene brachial plexus block guided by nerve stimulator conbined with intravenous anesthesia can be used in children safely and effectively undergoing the upper extremity surgery,and can improve the quality of anesthesia and awake. |
