| 摘 要： | 回顾性分析位于十二指肠胃肠道间质瘤临床资料并随访,十二指肠间质瘤多位于十二指肠水平部(47.05%)和降部(29.41%),消化道出血为常见的临床表现(64.70%)。CD117和CD34阳性率分别为94.12%(16/17)、88.23%(15/17),截止随访结束,5例死亡患者均为Fletcher分级中、高危险度患者。

| Abstract: | The clinical data of duodental stromal tumors were analyzed retrospectively.Most of the duodental gastrointestinal stromal tumors were located in the horizontal part of duodenum(47.05%)and descending part of duodenum(29.41%),alimentary tract hemorrhage was the common clinical manifestation(64.70%).The positive rates of CD117 and CD34 were 94.12%(16/17),88.23%(15/17).5 patients who were middle and high in Fletcher classification died to the end of visitation. |
