2005～2011年白银区布鲁杆菌病疫情监测与分析

目的掌握白银区布鲁杆菌病(以下简称布病)疫情形势,做好全面防控工作。方法统计白银区2005～2011年布病在人间、畜间发病及监测数据,并结合开展的防治工作进行分析。结果白银区2005～2011年人间布病血清学检测平均阳性率为2.17%;新发现血清学阳性19例,新发阳性率0.93%。结论白银区布病疫情波动,人畜间传染源存在,疫情形势不容乐观,布病监测防治工作任重道远。

Surveillance and analysis of Brucellosis from 2005 to 2011 in Baiyin Distinct

Objectives To know epidemic situation of brucellosis in Baiyin Distinct so as to provide basis for disease prevention and control.Method Statistical data of brucellosis in human and animal from 2005 to 2011 in Baiyin District were collected and analyzed with the effort of prevention and control work.Results The average brucellosis serological test positive rate in human was 2.17%.19 new positive cases were found,new positive rate was 0.93%.Conclusion Brucellosis epidemic situation in Baiyin Distinct worsened,infectious source exists between human and animal,the epidemic situation is far from optimistic,it would go a long way toward brucellosis prevention and control.
