摘    要:目的描述2004~2010年全国人间布鲁氏菌病疫情现状和动态分布,分析流行趋势,为全国布鲁杆菌病防控提供科学依据。方法对中国疾病预防控制信息系统中的2004~2010年全国布鲁杆菌病监测数据进行统计描述,并利用灰色模型进行趋势分析。结果 2004~2010年全国布鲁杆菌病疫情呈上升趋势,分布范围相对集中、逐年扩大,每年3~8月份高发,以青壮年男性为主,农牧民占很大比例。结论近年全国人间布鲁杆菌病疫情严峻,有继续上升的趋势,应根据其流行特征,探讨改进防治策略和措施,加大防治力度和投入。

Abstract:Objectives To describe epidemic situation and dynamic distribution of national human brucellosis from 2004 to 2010;to analysis epidemic trends;to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of national brucellosis.Methods To analyse the monitoring data of national brucellosis from 2004 to 2010 by describe statistical analysis,and to conduct analysis trends by using the grey model.Results Epidemic situation of national brucellosis shows that the trends had risen from 2004 to 2010,regional distribution range was relatively concentrated,the case was increasing year by year,epidemic threshold was between March and August,young male were main disease groups,farmers and herdsmen took up a large proportion.Conclusions In recent years,the epidemic situation of national brucellosis is severe,and the trend keeps rising,we should explore and improve some strategies and measures to control and prevent brucellosis,and strengthen prevention efforts and investment according to epidemic features.
