| 摘 要： | 目的研究炎症因子血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、IL-8和凝血因子纤维蛋白原(FIB)与下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)急性期的关系。方法检测并比较30例DVT急性期患者治疗前后与15例对照组中CRP、IL-6、IL-8和FIB水平。结果 DVT急性期患者治疗前血清CRP、IL-6、IL-8及FIB浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后显著低于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论 CRP、IL-6、IL-8及FIB在DVT急性期的发生和发展过程中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),and fibrinogen(FIB) on acute phase of lower limbs deep vein thrombosis(DVT)and its relationship with acute lower limb DVT.Methods Thirty patients with acute lower limb DVT(DVT group)and 15 volunteers(control group)were included in this study.The concentrations of serum CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and FIB were detected.Results The concentrations of serum CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and FIB of patients in DVT group before treatment were higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment,the concentrations of patients after treatment were lower in DVT group(P<0.01).Conclusion Inflammatory factors CRP,IL-6,IL-8,and FIB play important roles in acute stage of DVT. |
