饮水型砷中毒病区人群健康教育效果评估

目的评估饮水型地方性砷中毒病区人群健康教育效果,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法在饮水型砷中毒病区对居民开展多种形式的健康教育,并采取问卷调查的方式,分别在健康教育前、后进行饮水型砷中毒防治知识知晓情况调查,比较健康教育前后知晓率的差异。结果基线调查五年级小学生饮水型砷中毒防治知识知晓率为67.04%,健康教育后提高至87.04%,与健康教育前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。基线调查家庭主妇饮水型砷中毒防治知识知晓率为68.15%,健康教育后提高至87.41%,与健康教育前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过健康教育,小学生和家庭主妇饮水型砷中毒防治知识知晓率显著提高,形成了良好的个人生活习惯,达到了预期效果。

Effect on health education of people in drinking water endemic arsenism area

Objectives To evaluate the effect of health education in drinking water endemic arsenism area so as to provide a basis for endemic arsenic poisoning control and prevention.Methods Health education were given to the residents in drinking water endemic arsenism area;Survey of awareness rate of endemic arsenic poisoning knowledge was conducted by using the method of taking questionnaires.The difference of awareness rate of pre-education and post-education was compared.Results The awareness rate of fifth grade pupils with baseline survey was 67.04%,it rose to 87.04% after health education,and it showed significant difference(P<0.01).Meanwhile,the awareness rate of housewives with baseline survey was 68.15%,it rose to 87.41% after health education(P<0.01).Conclusion The awareness rate of the fifth grade pupils and housewives in drinking water endemic arsenism area was raised after health education;Local people developed good personal life habit and achieved desired result.
