广州市外来务工人员艾滋病干预效果评价

目的探索在外来务工人员中有效开展艾滋病健康教育的方法并评价其效果。方法在基线调查基础上，对干预对象采取多种形式的健康教育，1个月后通过问卷调查，对预防艾滋病的知识、态度、行为干预效果进行评价。结果干预后在艾滋病传播途径方面的知晓率有所提高，其中对蚊虫叮咬不会传染艾滋病（干预前为32．9％，干预后为53．3％）、安全套能降低感染性病艾滋病的危险（干预前为45．0％，干预后为60．1％）的知晓率明显提高；在态度方面干预后有显著改变（P〈0．05）。结论掌握安全性行为的观念和技能是外来务工人员艾滋病健康教育干预的重点。

Effect evaluation on an AIDS intervention program among migrant workers in Guangzhou

Objective To explore the effective intervention measures focused on migrant workers and evaluate their effect.Methods After a baseline questionnaire survey,various intervention measures were conducted to target people.The effect of intervention of knowledge,attitudes and behaviors on AIDS prevention was assessed after one-month-long intervention.Results The correct answer rates of AIDS transmission knowledge improved after intervention.32.9% of the objects knew that AIDS would not be transmitted by mosquitoes before intervention while the rate was up to 53.3% after intervention.The rate of knowing using condom could reduce the risk of AIDS transmission obviously improved(45.0% before intervention vs 60.1% after intervention),most of their attitudes on AIDS were changed well significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education on AIDS prevention towards migrant workers should be focused on the concept and skills of safe sex behavior.
