柯里拉京分子印迹聚合物固相萃取叶下珠中的柯里拉京及结构类似物

摘    要: 目的 采用柯里拉京分子印迹聚合物固相萃取(Cor-MISPE)中药叶下珠中的柯里拉京及其结构类似物。方法 将柯里拉京分子印迹聚合物(Cor-MIP)装于自制的固相萃取柱中,对叶下珠提取液进行固相萃取,采用高分辨质谱仪进行检测。结果 由于Cor-MIP本身所特有的高选择性,它能特异性地将柯里拉京及老鹳草素从叶下珠提取液中萃取出来。结论 Cor-MIP对柯里拉京具有良好的选择性,可用于富集、萃取中药中的柯里拉京及其结构类似物。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To extract corilagin and its analogs from Phyllanthus urinaria L.by corilagin-molecularly imprinted polymer(Cor-MIP).METHODS The Cor-MIP was loaded into the cartridges of solid-phase extraction column(MISPE).The MISPE was used for extracting corilagin and its analogs from Phyllanthus urinaria L..The samples were measured by mass spectrometry(MS).RESULTS Cor-MIP showed good selectivity and extracted corilagin and geraniin from Phyllanthus urinaria L..CONCLUSION The corilagin-MIP has good selectivit...
