| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在鼻内镜下鼻中隔手术中使用自制吸引剥离器,是否优于常规鼻中隔剥离器。方法将符合手术适应症的89例鼻中隔偏曲随机分为两组,51例使用自制吸引剥离器,38例使用常规剥离器,比较两组手术时间、术中出血及术后恢复情况。结果使用自制吸引剥离器组,手术时间、术中出血均少于常规剥离器组（P〈0.05）,术后通气改善亦优于常规剥离器组（P〈0.05）,且无并发症发生。结论在鼻内镜下鼻中隔手术中使用自制吸引剥离器,优于常规鼻中隔剥离器。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out if the use of self-made suction detacher in nasal septum operation under nasal endoscope is better than the routine detacher.
