| 摘 要： | 目的调查2型糖尿病患者疾病不确定感状况并分析其影响因素,以期为患者的心理干预提供依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、疾病不确定感量表、糖尿病痛苦量表和社会支持评定量表对250例2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果 2型糖尿病患者疾病不确定感总分为(96.54±11.67)分;职业、家庭人均月收入、糖尿病痛苦和社会支持是患者疾病不确定感的主要影响因素。结论患者疾病不确定感处于中等水平,医护人员应加强对患者心理干预,降低疾病不确定感,以提高其生活质量及身心健康。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of uncertainty on illness among patients with type 2 diabetes,so as to provide reference for psychological intervention.Methods A total of 250 patients with type 2 diabetes were investigated by the general information questionnaire,the disease uncertainty scale,the diabetes pain scale and the social support scale.Results The total score of illness uncertainty was (96.54 ± 11.67).Occupation,family per capita monthly income,diabetes pain and social support were the main influencing factors of disease uncertainty in patients with type 2 diabetes.Conclusion The illness uncertainty of patients with type 2 diabetes is at a moderate level,medical staff should strengthen the psychological intervention of patients,reduce uncertainty in illness,in order to improve their quality of life and health. |
